Most of us are not out of alignment because we don’t care—but because the different parts of us are speaking different languages. One part is trying to move forward. Another is scared. Another is stuck in the past. We try to make a change, but it doesn’t stick. We spiral. We stall. We split.

The 5 Elements of Mind is a framework created to help you listen to yourself differently—and bring your inner world into conversation.

Each element represents a part of your internal system. None of them are bad. None of them need to be fixed. But when they’re disconnected, we lose access to our clarity, power, and ability to act.

Why It Matters

When these elements are in conversation, we experience coherence: a state where our choices, feelings, beliefs, and actions move together—not perfectly, but purposefully.

This framework isn’t about bypassing your pain.
It’s about learning to be with it differently.

In short, it is an exercise where you talk yourself through an issue from your ego, mind, body, emotions, and soul with Julian facilitating. "What the fuck does that even mean?" you might be wondering. I hate to say it, but you just have to experience it yourself. 

I was expecting some sort of hippy-dippy moment of enlightenment where I felt one with the universe. Instead, I was gently delivered some harsh, but necessary realities. In each session, I experienced at least one breakthrough or mind-blowing moment of clarity including the realization of why I react the way I do to a specific trigger. I even found it more effective than the EMDR and talk therapy I was also doing. While I'm not "cured" by any means, working with Julian has brought me closer to healing with more grace and acceptance for myself.

Julian is compassionate, knowledgeable, patient as hell, and genuinely invested in his practice as well as the wellbeing of his clients. Most of all, he practices what he preaches. The experience and takeaway will be different for everyone, but I can only assume that the intent is the same: You are tired, you feel stuck, and you want answers even if you're not sure what the questions are.
