Hi, I’m Julian Sambrano.
I’m a coherence coach, Akashic Records reader, and co-creator of the 5 Elements of Mind framework—a modality that changed my life long before it became my offering to others.
In 2010, a breakup cracked something open in me. I couldn’t eat or sleep. I was overwhelmed by emotions I didn’t know how to process. I wasn’t raised with tools for healing. I was raised to follow the rules, keep the peace, and survive.
A friend saw me suffering and invited me to see a woman who would later become one of my greatest teachers. It happened in a small living room on San Vicente Boulevard in Los Angeles. At a workshop led by a healer named Leas Maria, I expected magic but encountered something different: a path back to myself.
That first session was the beginning of everything. Through tears, silence, and soul-level honesty, I realized the breakup didn’t cause this. It was my heart trying to rise above my conditioning. By bringing all parts of me into the conversation, I could finally see—with clarity and precision—how and why I was reacting this way.
Leas introduced me to the 5 Elements of Mind: ego, mental, body, emotions, and soul. This framework became the lens through which I rebuilt my identity, not by bypassing the hard parts, but by learning to listen to each part of myself with intention, and recognizing that each part was already whole.
After my teacher, Leas Maria, passed, I continued her work with the 5 Elements of Mind. I wasn’t sure I was ready—but the work kept calling me, and people kept showing up. Over time, I wove in my own healing, studies, and experiences to evolve the framework into something both sacred and practical.
That process—of holding space for others and learning to listen more deeply to myself, eventually led me to a major turning point: I left my job to pursue the healing arts full time.
It didn’t all happen at once. I took small steps toward the life I was trying to build. I worked a part-time job at a nonprofit teaching youth photography. What started as a way to stay afloat turned into something much bigger. I became a teaching artist, developing programs rooted in mindfulness and creative expression. At the same time, I started working at metaphysical shops around Los Angeles—building community, learning, reading for clients, and practicing presence.
Then a friend suggested I take a course on the Akashic Records with Helen Vonderheide. I said yes—and I’m so glad I did.
The first time I opened the Records, I was completely overwhelmed by a feeling I had never fully experienced before: unconditional love. It’s a feeling that can’t be explained—only felt. I cried tears of joy. And then I heard my teacher, Leas.
She said, “This is how we’re going to finish the work we started.”
Over the past decade of reading the Akashic Records, I’ve come to understand what she meant. The 5 Elements of Mind and the Akashic Records don’t just complement each other—they complete each other. One brings coherence to the internal world; the other connects us to the greater coherence of the world around us.
Together, they help us see where we are, how we got here, and what’s possible when we choose to live in alignment.
I’m here to share what I’ve learned so far—and to keep learning with you, in real time, as we walk this path of remembering.
Let’s go.
